Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be logged via online request within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. No returns may be made on branded items except for below reasons.

Eligible returns include the following:

  • Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally delivered the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the online store, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available), refund you or issue you with a voucher to be used on your account against future purchases.

  • Products defect or damaged on delivery

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects. However, should a product be defect, damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery/collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery/collection by logging a return on the online store website. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available), refund you or issue you with a voucher to be used on your account against future purchases.

What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • damage arising from alterations to the product;

RETURN PROCESS

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;

  • log a request on our website, within 7 days of receipt of the order, by visiting your order history and selecting the Return/Exchange option;
  • print the return reference slip to be attached to the package you return;
  • place the item securely in its original packaging;
  • include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product;
  • clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
  • deliver to Midrand address below.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Once your return is confirmed, you will receive a voucher to be used as credit against future orders or alternatively may request the amount to be refunded to you.

CHARGES

If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse Best Clothing and Gifts for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
